For proper adjustment, follow these instructions or view the last two images in the carousel:
- Turn the wheel at the back of the neck until the helmet fits comfortably.
- The straps should form a V shape under the ears.
The edge of the helmet should be two fingers above your eyebrows. Adjust it with the rear wheel.
- With your mouth closed, you should be able to fit one finger between your chin and the strap
